Second Chance
समुद्र के किनारे एक लहर आयी और एक बच्चे की चप्पल अपने साथ बहा कर ले गयी, बच्चे ने अंगुली से रेत पर लिखा “समुद्र चोर है”
उसी समुद्र के दूसरे किनारे पर कुछ मछुआरों ने बहुत सारी मछलियां पकड़ी, एक मछुआरे ने रेत पर ऊँगली से लिखा “समुद्र मेरा पालनहार है”
एक युवक समुद्र मे डूब कर मर गया, उसकी माँ ने रेत पर लिखा 'समुद्र हत्यारा है’
दूसरे किनारे पर एक गरीब बूढ़ा, टेढ़ी कमर लिए रेत पर टहल रहा था, उसे एक बड़ी सीप में अनमोल मोती मिला, उसने रेत पर ऊँगली से लिखा 'समुद्र दानी है’
अचानक एक बड़ी लहर आयी और सारे लिखे को मिटा कर चली गयी।
हो सकता है कि जब वो बच्चा, माँ, मछुआरा या वृद्ध व्यक्ति फिर से समुद्र किनारे जाएँ तो परिस्थितियां बदल जाएँ। अतः एक बार की परिस्तिथी के अनुसार इमेज ना बनाकर अपने आप को दूसरा मौका देना चाहिए जैसा कि समुद्र की लहरों ने किया आयी और सारे लिखे को मिटा कर चली गयी।
फिर चाहे लोग कुछ भी कहें हमे अपने रिश्ते और उनके प्रति अपनी इमेज वक्त के हिसाब से तय करनी चाहिए और वैसे ही रहना चाहिए जैसे कि विशाल समुद्र अपनी लहरों में मस्त रहता है और अपना उफान और शांति वह वक्त के हिसाब से तय करता है।
Moral
इतिहास से शिक्षा लेते हुए किसी भी विषय मे निर्णय वर्तमान की परिस्तिथियों के आधार पर लेना चाहिए क्योंकि ‘हर वक्त’ अपने तर्कों और अपनी आवश्यकताओं के आधार पर भी हमें अपना दूसरा निर्णय लेने का मौका देता है।
अतः एक बार जो इमेज हमारे मन मे बन गयी उसको हमेशा बना कर नहीं रखना चाहिए।

ReplyDeleteA very meaningful story which shows that every one has positive points and has the potential to be of user/ help; only the timing and situation must be right. In fact we should not become judgemental about anyone at once. Initially we must try to understand the person and the situation in which the act has taken place. There are always alternate ways of looking at a situation.
When a small child accidentally hits himself against a table, we have a tendency to placate him by hitting the table back as if it was the culprit. With this the child will always blame outward for any untoward happening. If the child was explained that he should watch his steps and be careful, he will learn to internalize the incidents in his life and never be judgmental at once. In fact,
ठोकर किसी को गिराने के लिए नहीं लगती; ठोकर आगे संभलने के लिए लगी होतो है।
Therefore we must always give further chances before coming to a conclusion about anyone/ anything.
If subsequently on any occasion, if the fisherman gets rotten fish or no fish, he will have a different view of sea.
A very enlightening story indeed.
I believe that everything happens for a reason,,, people change so that you can learn to let go, things go wrong that you appreciate them when they'are right,, you believe lies. So you eventually learn to trust no one but yourself and sometimes good things fall apart so better things can fall together...
